A step-by-step guide to use as you go from room to room in your home!

Kitchen:
Are thre GFCI's?
Is the flooring free of any defects? (Refer to pages 24-25 for additional information)



Living and Dining Room:
Is the texture on the walls and ceiling uniform in appearence?  Any noticeable repairs or flashing of paint?
Do the windows slide open and close easily?

 

Bedrooms:
Are there ceiling fans?  If so, do they operate correctly and are they properly balanced?  Are there remotes for them?
If no fans, which electrical wall switch operates the J-Box (if applicable) on the ceiling?

 

Bathrooms:
Are there GFCI's ?
Does the exhaust fan work properly ?

 

Garage:
Does the overhead garage door open and close smoothly?
Is the main water shut off valve located in the garage? If so, does the handle move freely?

 

Exterior:
Where are the property lines?  Are they marked?
Are the window weep holes open and free of blockage?
Are there vent stacks?
